Laughing parents film toddler behind the wheel of their BMW
Disturbing video has surfaced online which appears to show a young girl sitting on the lap of an adult, reported to be her father, while seemingly holding onto the wheel of the car at times.
It is not known how old the child is, however, in the footage uploaded to LiveLeak a person can be seen removing the girl's dummy.
The adults in the BMW can be heard laughing during the clip.
According to LiveLeak a male passenger was filming from the back seat. They can be heard saying: "I see you're driving Veronika, aren't you?."
It is believed the video was taken in Russia.
It is not known if authorities are investigating the incident.
