Tostee's saucy Tinder messages to fall victim revealed

A jury has been told accused killer Gable Tostee described himself as a "pornstar after a few drinks" in saucy Tinder messages he sent to balcony fall victim Warriena Wright before the duo met.

Tostee and Ms Wright's raunchy Tinder conversation was tendered in court on Wednesday, with the 30-year-old telling his soon-to-be date she looked "delicious".

"You look delicious. I want to do dirty things to you," he told Ms Wright on the dating app.

"That usually work?" Ms Wright replies.

"Haha, not trying to make anything 'work', I'm just saying. Got a problem with that? :p" he replies.

"So you're down with that then? Can you be a freak in the sheets Cletes (Ms Wright's Tinder alias)?"

Ms Wright the replied "Lol probably not. Depends (on) what I've had to drink! Lol."

"Let's get drunk together, I'm a pornstar after a few drinks!" Tostee claims.

Tostee also called Ms Wright a "sexy slack jawed yokel", in reference to her Tinder alias Cletes.

Ms Wright was in Australia for a two-week holiday to attend a friend's wedding when she arranged to meet Tostee on a Surfers Paradise street on August 8, 2014.

Just hours later, she would fall to her death.

It is not alleged Tostee threw or pushed Ms Wright off his balcony but that he intimidated and threatened her so greatly she felt the only way to escape him was to climb down from the 14th floor.

The court has heard following Wright's fall, Tostee went out and ate pizza as he paced around Surfers Paradise calling both his lawyer and his father.

Phone records tendered in court show the first call Tostee made that morning was to criminal law firm Potts Lawyers at 2.21am, about a minute after the 26-year-old New Zealander had fallen.

He also called his father Gray Tostee at 3.23am to pick him up, lamenting "why does this s*** keep happening to me?".

It was not until later in the car when Tostee exclaimed, "Oh my God, I hope she's not dead."

Tostee is currently on trial after pleading not guilty to murdering Wright at his Surfers Paradise unit.

On Wednesday, the jury were also shown CCTV of Ms Wright hugging Tostee minutes before she fell from his balcony.

It shows Warriena Wright walking around Surfers Paradise alone, smoking a cigarette before meeting Tostee.

They can be seen hugging in the vision as they greet each other on a busy street.

Before heading back to Tostee's apartment the pair have a drink at a nightclub together then purchase a six-pack of beer and then eventually walk back to his unit together.

The court has also heard that during those intermediate hours inside the apartment Ms Wright and Tostee had sex.

The pair had met on dating app Tinder hours before Wright plummeted to her death.

A forensic medical officer has testified that Tostee had a zero blood alcohol reading when he was tested at 4.35pm on August 8, approximately 14 hours after Wright's death.

The court has previously heard Ms Wright's palm print was found on the balcony railing and her fingerprints on a beer bottle inside the apartment.

Queensland Police scientific officer Teresa Osborne, who examined Ms Wright's body, told the court how the tourist's blood covered jeans were torn from the right knee to inner thigh.

They were also covered in a white powder from where she had come into contact with the outside of the building, the jury heard.

Ms Wright's final moments captured by an audio recording on Tostee's mobile phone were played to the jury on Tuesday.

Wright can be heard on the secret recordings screaming "no" a staggering 33 times merely minutes before her death.

In his opening address, defence barrister Saul Holt QC argued Tostee was within his legal right to protect himself and his property by restraining Ms Wright who was "beating him up".

"She is outside, he is inside and he has caused a locked door to be between the two of them," Mr Holt said.

"What happened in this case is nothing like murder of manslaughter, it doesn't fit."

Wright is last seen on the CCTV footage getting into a lift with Tostee at the Avalon Apartments at 8.53pm on the Friday.

She fell to her death trying to climb down from Tostee's balcony the following morning at approximately 2.20am.
