Man's body recovered in NSW floodwaters
A body, believed to be that of missing man Robert Linnane, has been recovered from floodwaters in NSW's central west.
Mr Linnane was reported missing on October 1, with a wide-scale search conducted to find the 49-year-old.
Police say a man's body was found beside a makeshift boat ramp south-east of the Forbes townsite around 5pm on Wednesday.
"The body has been recovered by search teams," a police spokesperson said.
"Although the body is yet to be formally identified, it is believed to be that of 49-year-old Robert Linnane."

More than 100 volunteers were involved in the search for Mr Linnane in the Burcher/Nerang Cowal/Lake Cowal area.
A report will now be prepared for the Coroner.
