Rolling horror of armoured ISIS 'suicide truck' captured on film

This is how quickly the lives of soldiers fighting ISIS can become imperiled.

Footage recorded by Iraqi Special Forces reveals an Islamic State suicide vehicle attacking troops during urban combat in Fallujah.

The footage was posted to YouTube by the WarLeaks group, which wrote the explosion occurred during heavy fighting in the Iraqi city.

It does not say when the footage was recorded.

“The footage filmed from the inside of one of the Iraqi Special Force Humvees shows the vehicle column assaulting ISIS targets in a urban firefight as a sudden ISIS suicide vehicle that approached the Iraqi special forces goes of in a massive blast right next the the (sic) vehicle column resulting in a fierce close call for the Iraqi troops due to the explosion,” read the description accompanying the video.

According to WarLeaks, no one was injured despite the soldiers’ close proximity to the suicide bomber.

The video reveals heavy gunfire as a column of Special Forces vehicles makes its way down a dual carriageway.

While the situation is already fraught with danger, it takes a torn for the worst when a heavily modified armoured vehicle speeds towards the Iraqi fighters.

Within a split second, the vehicle erupts into a fireball. The shockwave appears to destroy the camera filming the attack.
