Public help sought on Kalbarri fatality
Police are seeking witnesses to a fatal crash 25 kilometres from Kalbarri on Saturday when 18-year-old Todd William Jupp was killed after a Nissan flatbed utility rolled about 9.30am.
Mr Jupp was a passenger in the rear seat of the vehicle going north on George Grey Drive at Yallabatharra when the driver lost control while attempting to overtake a bus carrying Colts players to a GNFL carnival at Kalbarri.
The accident happened about 9.30am and Mr Jupp was thrown from the vehicle, which subsequently rolled on him.
He died at the scene.
The 19-year-old driver and his front-seat passenger were taken by ambulance to Geraldton Hospital with minor injuries.
