Charge laid over Midland house fire
A Midland woman has been charged with criminal damage after a fire caused $20,000 damage to a house in Dudley Street on Saturday night.
Police and emergency services were called to a fire at a home about 7.30pm.
The bathroom of the home was extensively damaged by the fire and there was smoke damage to the rest of the home.
A 36-year-old Midland woman has been charged with Criminal Damage by Fire and she is due to appear in the Midland Magistrates Court on December 19.
