Jonas KO's Gaff with shocking late hit to the head
West Coast's Andrew Gaff left the Eagles' clash with Port Adelaide heavily concussed after a horrendous hit from Tom Jonas.
Gaff was running back to take a mark in his forward 50 when Jonas came over the top late and whacked him straight in the head.
The Eagles youngster lay motionless on the turf for several moments as West Coast players remonstrated with Jonas, sparking a massive melee.
Gaff was stretchered off the field on the medi-cab as a precaution.
He was walking around in the change rooms a short time later and looks to have escaped injury.
