Police are trying to find two people who dumped a man's body outside a hospital in Victoria.
The man was discovered by staff last night outside the Sunshine Hospital.
The workers had gone to investigate noises close to the ambulance entrance.
They saw two men dragging the body out of a white Subaru and dumping it before driving away.
It happened at around 430am this morning, AEDT.
A resuscitation trolley was rushed out to try to help, but the man couldn't be revived.
Officers say they're still trying to establish his identity and the cause of his death.
