Optus has withdrawn support from the Kyle and Jackie O radio show, after Kyle Sandilands was taken off air for the second time in a month.

The company, a major sponsor for the show, has confirmed it has withdrawn all advertising.

Sandilands was yesterday suspended for the second time in a month, for saying Magda Szubanski could lose more weight in a concentration camp.

The comment sparked outrage from Jewish groups and others, prompting radio station 2DayFM to pull the plug on his show for the second time in as many months.

Magda Szubanski has become the public face of the weight loss program Jenny Craig in the last few months and so far she's lost a quarter of her starting body weight.

She earlier said she doesn't care that isn't enough for Sandilands.

"I couldn't give two hoots what he says about me. The only thing really I think is, it's uncool and really not on to trivialise what happened to people in concentration camps. I find that sort of abhorrent," she said.

Experts say Sandilands may have used up his last chance.

The shock jock's last controversy involved a live lie detector segment in which a teenager revealed on air that she'd been raped as a 12-year-old.

Channel 10 also dumped him from his judging gig on Australian Idol because of it.

Optus says it is reviewing all other activity involving Kyle and Jackie O.
