The man charged over the death of cruise ship passenger Dianne Brimble, Mark Wilhelm, will face a retrial next year.
In October, a Sydney jury was dismissed after being unable to reach a verdict on one of two charges against Wilhelm.
The 37-year-old South Australian man was charged with manslaughter and supplying a prohibited drug after Dianne Brimble's body was found in his cabin seven years ago.She had alcohol and the drug fantasy in her system.
In the New South Wales Supreme Court a new trial date has been set for April next year.Mark Wilhelm was not in court.
