Police will today resume the search for a woman who disappeared while swimming in the Hawkesbury River at Wilberforce in north-western Sydney.
Investigators say a 36-year-old woman swam halfway across the river yesterday then dived under the water and did not re-surface.
Police searched the river and its banks but did not find the woman.
