Two children have fallen from a balcony on South Terrace in Bankstown in Sydney's south-west.
NSW Police received the phone call at 9am on Sunday.
The children are aged three and five.
They were initially treated at the scene of the incident, then later transported to Westmead Children's Hospital.
They are both in a critical condition.
