"Man I would take a bullet straight to my heart for him I would kill for him I would stop everything for this man I love you so much."

The couple were arrested in July during a drug raid in which police found ice, marijuana stacks of cash and a homemade gun in their hotel room.

During the search police found 119.4 grams of methamphetamine along with 40 small zip-lock bags, luxury jewellery and watches, the Border Mail newspaper reports.

The couple posted several pictures of themselves flashing cash, including one wad next to an inactive grenade on their joint Facebook account.

The pair had been making regular trips to Melbourne in the first half of the year, police said, and surveillance cameras caught dozens of people visiting the hotel where they ran their dealing operation.

Despite being unemployed, El-Zayat, 43 and Tannous, 22, spent $1000 a week on their drug and alcohol habits, it has been reported.

He was released on a 12-month community corrections order following 50 days spent on remand.

Tannous, who was sentenced in August, pleaded guilty to trafficking ice and possessing drugs and served three months in jail.
