Creepy clown craze forces Ronald McDonald into hiding
The creepy clown craze that is sweeping the globe has claimed yet another victim. McDonald’s main man – Ronald McDonald is being made to lay low.
There's no doubt Ronald is one of the world’s most famous clowns and now he is being sidelined because so many people are being terrified by creepy clowns.
McDonald’s spokeswoman, Terri Hickey said: “McDonald’s and franchisees in the local markets are mindful of the current climate around clown sightings in communities and as such are being thoughtful in respect to Ronald McDonald’s participation in community events for the time being.”
The creepy clown craze has gone global with dozens of reports of sightings across Australia.
