As bystanders at the Eastwood scene rushed to help, Barbara Farlow was allegedly seen leaving on foot after her attempts to drive away failed.
It’s alleged the 50-year-old was six times the blood alcohol limit and using her mobile phone as she tried to reverse park on the busy shopping strip.
Ms Farlow allegedly crashed into the parked car, leaving a six-year-old pinned for 40 seconds.

Shop assistant Yvonne Cheung rushed to help and said it was a terrifying scene.
“When you think of that moment, you still feel shocking,” she said.
“It’s hard to imagine how it happened.”
Inspector Anthony Boyd of Eastwood Police said the girl was lucky to survive the crash.
“With that level of impairment this could've been a catastrophic incident involving a young lady and her death or others,” he said.
The girl was released from Westmead Hospital on Thursday after suffering a hip injury in the crash.
Ms Farlow and her partner refused to answer questions by 7 News when confronted on Thursday.
The 50-year-old was released on bail on Wednesday to front court later this month.
