CCTV of Moolalaba kebab shop attack released as detectives hunt assault suspect

Security camera vision of an attack on a fast food worker in Queensland has been released, with police hoping the footage will help detectives find them man.

A 28-year-old worker was assaulted at a Mooloolaba kebab shop earlier this month, after the man began verbally abusing employees.

Queensland Police said the suspect returned to the shop an hour later, kicked over a sign before punching and kicking a 28-year-old man working at the shop.

The video shows a man in a grey shirt, chinos and brown shoes, walking around the counter at the shop and attacking the worker.

After the brawl breaks up, the suspect can be seen raising his arm towards the workers and staff members who appear to be ordering him out of the building.

Police have asked anyone who may recognise the man, or who has information on the incident, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
