Search continues for missing NSW boy

The search continues for a three-year-old boy last seen wearing a Spider-Man suit before he disappeared in NSW's mid-north coast.

William Tyrell went missing about 10.30am on Friday from the front yard of his home in Kendall.

Authorities spent the night combing nearby bushland and will continue the search on Saturday near the boy's home at Benaroon Drive.

Police from the Mid North Coast along with SES volunteers, Rural Fire Service volunteers, members of the local surf lifesaving club, the police dog squad, mounted police and officers using trail bikes have joined in the effort to find him.

Members of the public have also been looking for the three-year-old.

William has been described as being of Caucasian appearance, with dark hair and hazel eyes.

Police have released an image of William taken on Friday in the Spider-Man outfit.
