Delay for accused killer of Vic couple

A man accused of murdering a couple in their Melbourne home has had his case adjourned after changing his legal representation for the third time.

Mustafa Kunduraci, 44, is charged with murdering Gregory Tucker, 54, and Korinne Aylward, 35, in their Moonee Ponds home.

Police found the couple dead in December 2013 with their three children - aged between two and five - unharmed in another room.

A previous hearing was told that Kunduraci allegedly attacked the couple after an argument over a debt for plasterwork he had done at their home.

The Melbourne Magistrates Court heard on Tuesday that relatives of the couple were present for the hearing, during which Kunduraci appeared via video link.

Magistrate Gerard Lethbridge granted his request for an adjournment but noted it was the third time Kunduraci had changed his legal representatives and said he would not be given further leeway.

Kunduraci, of Meadow Heights, will face a committal mention in August.
