A man has been jailed for a violent, alcohol-fuelled rampage through a Gold Coast mall that left six people injured.

Brisbane District Court Judge Milton Griffon on Tuesday sentenced Dion Gerhard Pydde, 24, to four-and-a-half years jail for the incident in January last year.

The court was told Pydde had been drinking for two days when he and Finks bikie Nick "The Knife" Forbes indiscriminately attacked men and women enjoying a night out on the Gold Coast.

The court was told CCTV cameras in the Broadbeach Mall captured the pair punching and kicking people as they walked along the street.

One victim was punched so hard he suffered a fractured eye socket that required surgery.

Another was knocked unconscious and stomped on when the victim berated the pair for attacking women.

Forbes was sentenced in September last year to three-and-a-half years over the attacks.

Pydde pleaded guilty last week to nine charges, including grievous bodily harm and assault occasioning bodily harm.

Judge Griffin ordered his sentence be suspended after he has served two years behind bars.

Pydde has already served 481 days in pre-sentence custody.
