Is this the world's dumbest driver?

Visibility is important when driving, especially when you're hurtling down a highway at speed.

But, for some reason, this driver in New Hampshire decided to drive down the busy road with her bonnet up fully up and lying in the windscreen.

A passerby caught the woman driving in dangerous fashion, oblivious to the danger.

The woman seems unperturbed by the massive covering on her windscreen, with the only view out of the car through a narrow gap at the bottom of the open bonnet.

Unsurprisingly, the driver's unorthodox driving method did not escape police attention, and the video shows her being pulled over and surely receiving a stern lecture on the safety of driving with the bonnet down.
