EPA lifts some fuel rules for Texas to reduce storm shortages

(Reuters) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said late Friday it had lifted some gasoline requirements for Texas to address potential shortages resulting from Hurricane Harvey.
The waiver allows for the sale of gasoline that does not comply with regular environmental guidelines until Sept. 15.
