Police hunt Perth sex predator after two girls assaulted

Police are hunting a sex predator who attacked two young girls at a park in Perth’s south.

According to police, the man was walking a small, scruffy dog when he approached two girls at Arpenteur Park in Baldivis on Tuesday.

The girls, aged 11 and 12, had been playing at the grandstand when the man approached and started talking to them.

Police say the man then indecently assaulted both girls before walking away.

The man is described as being faired skinned, aged in his 30s, with fair skin and of a medium build.

He was wearing shorts, a t-shirt and a cap at the time.

“Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity of the park between 11:30am and 12:30pm who may have seen the incident or the man,” a police spokesperson said.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
