Woman arrested after man hit and killed by car in Melbourne
A woman has been arrested after a man was hit and killed by a car in a car park in Melbourne's northwest.
Emergency services were called to Sunbury car park about 6.15am on Sunday and found a man in his 30s dead at the scene after being hit, allegedly by a Volkswagen Golf sedan.
Police claim the car was driven from the scene.
A woman in her 30s, the alleged driver, has since been arrested.
It’s believed the pair were known to each other.
The woman is being questioned by homicide detectives.
