Man arrested after dancing on police vehicle

A man’s urge to dance has got him locked up behind bars, after he decided to jam to his favourite music while standing on top of a police car.

Surveillance video from a neighbouring property shows the Florida man bumping his car into the back of a Lee County Sheriff's Office marked patrol vehicle.

The man then climbed on top of the patrol vehicle and danced up a storm to songs such as Hall & Oates’ ‘Rich Girl’ and Supertramp’s ‘Goodbye Stranger’.

He then went on to break the windshield wipers and took an American flag from the neighbour’s yard.

The man, who has been named as convicted sex offender Christian Radecki, was arrested for disturbing the peace and criminal mischief after neighbours called the police.

WPTV reports that the 44-year-old told authorities he decided to drive to the Sherriff’s house after a “woman with fangs” came to his door and said children were going to be sacrificed by vampires.

While he claims to have gone to the Sheriff’s house to get help, the vision shows that he never made it past busting a dance move.

The bizarre situation is a reminder that when you are dancing like no one is watching, you have to make sure that the cameras are not rolling.
