Four killed in horror crash at Pyalong

A P-plate driver and his three young passengers have been killed in a single vehicle crash, in central Victoria.

Police were called to the Northern Highway, near Halpin Road, at Pyalong at around 6.45am.

7News understands the driver had P-plates and the three vehicle occupants are believed to be teenagers.

The highway is closed in both directions and emergency crews are at the scene.

Police say the road is likely to remain closed between Kilmore and Pyalong for up to eight hours.
