Stand-off with police after home invasion

South Australian police have arrested a teenager after a siege with police at Munno Para West early this morning.

STAR force officers were negotiating with the teen earlier this morning, after being lead to the home after a home invasion at Andrews Farm.

It was initially believed the teen had a firearm inside the Orange Parade home.

After ongoing negotiations, police arrested the teen late this morning.

Police will allege he took part in a home invasion at Andrews farm.

It is believed that five men forced their way into a home on Victory Court at Andrews Farm, just before five o'clock this morning.

The men are known to the occupants of the property, and police say the home invasion was because of a disagreement over money.

It is believed during the home invasion, the occupants of the Andrews Farm house were threatened with a gun, and jewellery and cash were stolen.

Police are still continuing their investigations.
