A 49-year-old Canberra man has been charged with administering a dangerous substance to a young girl and child pornography.
Police allege Thomas Johnston used the anaesthetic ether on an eight-year-old girl while she was at his Latham home earlier this week.
The ACT Magistrates court heard child pornography was allegedly found on the man's computer.
