Adelaide Magistrates Court has refused bail for two alleged drug addicts who are accused of stealing a man's vehicle at knife point and robbing a pharmacy.

Chris Pope, 34, and his wife Kim Parker, 39, of Dover Gardens are charged with two counts of aggravated robbery.

It is alleged they threatened a man with a knife and took his four-wheel-drive at Seacliff Park on Wednesday, then drove to a chemist at Brighton and stole prescription medication.

Magistrate Alfio Grasso refused bail.

There will be another hearing in January.
