Former Federal MP Teresa Gambaro will try to make a political comeback at the next election - in a different seat.
The Liberal National Party has pre-selected Ms Gambaro as its candidate in the Labor-held electorate of Brisbane.
Ms Gambaro was the member for the north Brisbane seat of Petrie between 1996 and 2007.
