Tasmanian police are concerned for the welfare of a 15-year-old Hobart girl who has not been seen for almost two weeks.

Sarah Jessica Meyers, also known as Savy, was last seen at the Royal Hobart Show on Wednesday, October the 21st.

She is described as 163 centimetres tall, with auburn shoulder length straight hair, fair complexion, brown eyes and a small scar on her forehead.

Police say she was last seen wearing grey and white track pants and a black, hooded jumper with pink writing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
