1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. The purpose of the competition is to give viewers a chance to be selected as the Home Viewer for an episode of DEAL OR NO DEAL (the 'Program') broadcast on the Seven Network.

2. Maximum entry cost is 55 cents including GST for each entry. Higher rates apply to calls to the 1902 number from mobile phones.


WHO CAN ENTER?
3. The competition is open to residents of Australia only where the Channel Seven broadcasting signal is received. Employees of the Promoter, Seven Network, Beinteractive Pty Ltd and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants of the in-studio audience for each of the episodes included as part of this promotion as are ineligible to enter.


GENERAL TERMS

4. The competition commences on Friday 26th June 2009 at 17:30 (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 2nd July 2009 at 23:59 (AEST).
5. Entrants can enter as many times as they want and will be asked to register for each round for a better chance of winning.
6. There will be a total of 5 rounds of Dancing with the Deals for which a competition winner will become a Home Viewer and have the opportunity to win a prize(s). The Dancing with the Deals rounds will be as follows:

7. Entries must be received by 23.59 (AEST) on Thursday 2nd July 2009 to be eligible, however a draw will take place on each Draw Date / Date of Play so entrants will be invited to enter in time for each Draw Date / Date of Play. The date and time of entry will in each case be the time the 1902 telephone call is received by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd database.

8. Draws for each round will be conducted as specified in the above table at 09:00 (AEST) at Beinteractive Pty Ltd, Level 9, 155 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

9. Entries which are inaudible, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will not be eligible to be included in any draw. The Entrant is responsible for ensuring that they dial the correct promotional number to enter. In the event of an error, neither the Promoter nor Beinteractive Pty Ltd accepts responsibility for either costs incurred, entries received or any other consequences.



HOW TO PLAY

10. Entries are by telephone using the telephone promotion number 1902 555 653 (the '1902 number').

11. To enter by telephone, Entrants must call the 1902 number and leave their full name, suburb, state and daytime telephone number ('Contact Details').

12. The Winner for each round is the person who is drawn at random from all eligible entries received by 23.59pm on the day preceding the relevant Draw Date, as specified in the table above.

13. If an Entrant's Contact Details change during the promotional period, it is the Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter.

14. Winners agree to participate in and co-operate in such publicity and promotional activities as reasonably requested by the Promoter. The Promoter may record and reproduce on film, tape, photograph and by other means Winners' names, likeness, voice and appearance ('Recording') and use the Recording (in whole or in part) in any way without further consent or cost, including the right to synchronise the audio from the recording with other visual images and the vision with other audio and may use the Winners’ name, photograph, voice and biographical material in connection with publicity and advertising for the Program and related corporate promotions.



PRIZES

15. Prizes and values are as follows: There will be one (1) winner selected at random from the pool of eligible entries for each round during the Promotion Period to become the Home Viewer on the Date of Play (as specified in the table in clause 6). As Home Viewer, the winner may receive prizes as follows (depending on whether or not the Celebrity Studio Contestant on that date wins anything):

(a) If the Celebrity Studio Contestant from the relevant episode of the Program wins a cash prize, the Winner/ Home Viewer will win the same amount; or

(b) If the Celebrity Studio Contestant from the relevant episode wins a car, the Winner/ Home Viewer will win the car.

16. The total maximum potential prize value is = $1 million calculated on the basis of 5 rounds x $200,000 (where $200,000 is the maximum potential a Home Viewer can win in each episode of the Program throughout the promotional period). The prize money will be paid to each Winner within 28 days of the draw.

17. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner declines to accept the prize or any element of the prize when it is available then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the Winner.

18. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

19. The promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be deemed necessary at Beinteractive Pty Ltd, Level 9, 155 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on Friday 16th October 2009 at 10:00 AEST to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date, subject to the relevant state regulation and published in The Australian newspaper on 21st October 2009.

20. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. All prize values are in Australian dollars. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

22. The Winners will be announced during the Program on the Date of Play (as specified in the table at clause 6) and will also be notified via telephone and mail after that date. The names of the Winners will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian Newspaper on 6th July 2009.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.



NO LIABILITY

24. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under the relevant state regulation.

25. The Promoter, The Seven Network & affiliates, Beinteractive Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

26. The Promoter, The Seven Network & affiliates, Beinteractive Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur (except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law):

a) during the draw;

b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or

c) in the participation in any prize;

d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail or telephone malfunction;

e) Due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other Entrants or any other person.

f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

27. The Promoter, The Seven Network (Operations) Limited assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

28. Subject to state regulation, if for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

29. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s

30. The Promoter does not warrant or represent that the Home Viewer will win any particular amount of prize money or other prize.

31. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Beinteractive Pty Ltd, on behalf of the Promoter and its related entities, collects personal information of Entrants for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Privacy Officer, Beinteractive Pty Ltd, Level 9, 155 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
