Woman's body found at Bathurst house

The body of a woman and a man suffering wounds have been found by police at a house in Bathurst.

Officers arrived at the premises in the suburb of Kelso about 8pm (AEST), a police spokesman said.

The man was rushed to hospital, where he remained under police guard.

Officers had established a crime scene and a post-mortem examination would be carried out on the woman's body, the spokesman said.
