Digger shot in Afghanistan

By Yahoo!7 News An Australian soldier has been shot and wounded in Afghanistan, two days after the death of Lance Corporal Jason Marks and the wounding of four others in a Taliban attack.

The Department of Defence told 7News the soldier had been shot in the arm.

His condition was described as stable.
